Best Western Plus Concord Inn

Location, location, location. If you love to walk this is your hotel. Breakfast was nice waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt etc. Coffee in lobby & Keurigs in room. Didn't care for our view. Lots of street construction going on. Rooms need to be updated. Remove carpet, new curtains & linens. Booked on Hotwire worth $198 for 2 nights. (Sun-Tues). I enjoyed indoor pool & hot tub. Staff is extremely helpful.

Nice room, clean, great pillows, breakfast choices are just ok. Best part of that it is just across the street from a very nice park and there are plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance.

After arriving super late on a Friday night to our VRBO in the area to find it uninhabitable due to contaminated water and mouse poop we called Kristen the GM at 11:30 pm. Her staff were super accommodating for our group and immediately helped us with a couple rooms while we rearranged our trip. They were near or at capacity but moved things around and made things work for us which ultimately salvaged our vacation to the area! Kristen understands Customer Service and that is rare! Thank you BWP, Kristen & Team!

We were excited to visit Minocqua, a quaint little town. The hotel was cozy and the staff was welcoming, with positive vibes and a great pool. We enjoyed a drink at the bar, and the bar tender was friendly and talked about all the stuff we could do around town. Pet-friendly hotel. The bathrooms had great toiletries that smelled good. The mattresses were very comfortable, and we loved that we had blackout curtains in the room. When we entered the hotel, the first thing we noticed was the comfortable lobby, the fresh coffee, and the chilled strawberry-infused water. Next morning we had breakfast that had cereals, juices, eggs, sausage, and oats with lots of condiments and nuts for the oats. Various types of breads, pastries, yogurts, and fresh fruit. Breakfast changed each day throughout our stay. The manager often stepped into the room, chatted with us, and checked on the breakfast. Several rooms were facing the lake. Despite the ongoing construction across the street, we still enjoyed the view of the lake.

Shout out to Kayla, I believe her name was who went above and beyond to help accommodate us, so much so in fact that we cancelled at the AmericInn to stay there because of her hospitality skills. That and it was 60 dollars cheaper total for our two rooms, which also by the way were perfect cleaned and had all the accoutrements needed for a stay. Oh and the mini waffles were delish in the breakfast area. 10/10 will be back and would recommend

Just stayed here two nights with my family. I grew up staying at this hotel with my family and was excited to take my husband & son to Minocqua for the first time. Comfy beds, very clean room, we loved the pool and the very HOT hot tub, the breakfast was good (they were cooking it fresh for us!), and you can tell how hard the housekeepers, front desk, etc. work to provide a great stay for their guests. The location is awesome- walking distance to the park/beach across the street, the shops, etc. Loved it!

It was pretty nice. The room wasn't too bad, it was all clean, except for the floors (but they weren't to dirty) the pool though wasn't very good: the hot tub was pretty big, but it was barely even warm. The pool wasn't warm either, in fact, the hot tub was as warm as the pool, and they left a door open (most likely to dry the floor) and it made the room colder and let in insects, some of us even got bit by flies. The breakfast was good though, it had a good amount to choose. In summary, the hotel was pretty nice!

I enjoyed my room, had a Keurig which is always a plus I bring my own pods and creamer. I had a room on the 3rd floor looking out the front was really nice with Christmas decorations.
